Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

• Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
• Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

8. CORRECTION AND SUSPENSION OF USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

8.1  If we are required pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “Act”) by you to (1) correct the content of Personal Information due to the reason that such information is false, or (2) suspend use of Personal Information due to the reason that such information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of the use previously made public, or has been collected in a fraudulent or otherwise illicit manner, then we shall, without delay after confirming that the request is made by you itself, conduct an appropriate investigation and based upon the results thereof, correct the content or suspend the use of such Personal Information, and notify the party to that effect. In cases where we decide not to make such correction or suspension of the use, we shall notify you to that effect.

8.2  In the event that we are required by you to delete its Personal Information and has determined that it is necessary to accept such request, we shall, after confirming that the request is made by you itself, delete such Personal Information and notify the party to that effect.

8.3  Should we not be obligated to correct, or suspend use of, information under the Act and other applicable laws and regulations, Sections 9.1 and 9.2 shall not apply.

8．個人情報の訂正及び利用停止等
8-1　当社は、お客様から、(1)個人情報が真実でないという理由によって個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその内容の訂正を求められた場合、及び(2)あらかじめ公表された利用目的の範囲を超えて取扱われているという理由または偽りその他不正の手段により収集されたものであるという理由により、個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその利用の停止を求められた場合には、お客様ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき、個人情報の内容の訂正または利用停止を行い、その旨をお客様に通知します。なお、訂正または利用停止を行わない旨の決定をしたときは、お客様に対しその旨を通知いたします。

8-2　当社は、お客様から、お客様の個人情報について消去を求められた場合、当社が当該請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合は、お客様ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、個人情報の消去を行い、その旨をお客様に通知します。

8-3　個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が訂正等または利用停止等の義務を負わない場合は、9-1および9-2の規定は適用されません。

9. METHOD OF REQUIRING DISCONTINUANCE OF USE
You may require us to discontinue the collection or use of the all or a part of your Personal Information by sending e-mail, and promptly upon such request we shall discontinue such collection or use in accordance with the rules prescribed by us. Certain Personal Information is necessary to be collected or used for providing the Service of us, and we shall discontinue such collection or use of your Personal Information only if you withdraw from the Service pursuant to the procedures as determined by us.

 

９．利用停止養成方法

10. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Upon request from you to disclose its personal information under the Act, we shall, without delay, disclose to the user such information (or, in the event of non-existence of such personal information, notify the user to that effect) after confirming that the request is made by you itself, to the extent required to do so under the Act and other applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that you must pay a commission (1,000 yen per disclosure) for disclosure of Personal Information.

当社は、お客様から、個人情報保護法の定めに基づき個人情報の開示を求められたときは、お客様ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、お客様に対し、遅滞なく開示を行います（当該個人情報が存在しないときにはその旨を通知いたします。）。但し、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が開示の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。なお、個人情報の開示につきましては、手数料（1件あたり1,000円）を頂戴しておりますので、あらかじめ御了承ください。

 

11. PROVISION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

We shall not provide to any third party (including the same outside Japan) Personal Information contained in any information provided by you without the prior consent of you, except where such provision is required due to any of the following circumstances:

12. CHANGES
